SundaySchool

As many of you know, our church is currently in a season of transition following the recent pastoral change. At this time, we do not have Sunday School teachers available for the 9:15 AM classes.

Because of this, Sunday School will be temporarily paused until arrangements can be made and volunteers are able to step into these important roles.

We are still offering Junior Church during the worship service each Sunday and are thankful that Davida Hamsher is currently overseeing this program.

If you have an interest in helping teach, assist, or serve in Sunday School or Junior Church during this transition, we would greatly appreciate your willingness to help. Even serving on a rotating basis would be a blessing and encouragement to our church family and children.

Please continue to pray for wisdom, unity, and guidance as we work through this season together. We are thankful for each person who serves and supports the ministries of the church.

If you are interested in helping or would like more information, please email the church.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

High School
Grades 9 - 12

Our high school Sunday school class is currently going through the Answers in Genesis curriculum, which was developed to present the gospel, beginning in Genesis, to train the students to know, obey, and defend God's Word.

Our students have been working their way through the Bible, starting from the beginning, so they can have a strong foundation in God's Word to strengthen them as they prepare to make their way in the world, and learning the importance of not just knowing what they believe, but also why they believe it.  By the time they finish, our students will have covered the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation in a chronological fashion. They are learning that:

  • We can trust all God's Word, beginning in Genesis.

  • God's attributes are displayed throughout the Bible

  • The Bible presents true history.

  • We must carefully and accurately interpret the Bible.

  • God's plan of redemption is woven throughout Scripture.

  • We must be ready to give defense for what we believe.

  • We are to live in the light of what the Bible teaches

Our class is open to all high school students and we would love to have you join us on Sunday mornings from 9:15 - 10:15.
